Bedrooms

The Villa sleeps six comfortably, but can accommodate ten  by using temporary beds.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury memory foam mattress, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, WC and sink.

The Guest bedroom has identical king size  bed with memory foam mattress with an  adjacent bathroom, comprising walk in shower, WC and sink. Built in dressing table and full length wardrobes.

The third bedroom has two single beds also with memory foam mattress, dressing table and wardrobes.

All bedrooms have thermostatically controlled Air Conditioning.

We have provided two fold away “Z” beds and memory foam mattress toppers. In the lounge the bed settee can be opened out to a double bed.

For our smaller guests we have supplied a Foldaway travel Cot.

All Linen and towels are provided.



Kitchen

Modern open plan fitted kitchen finished with “Corian” worktops, large American style fridge freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered water fountain. Built in dishwasher, double sink unit, four ring  halogen stove, and large fan assisted digital oven with grill (broiler). Integral Microwave with extractor hood. Kettle and Coffee maker. Utility room has a washing machine and sink. Every possible kitchen utensil and childrens cutlery and plastic plates. Plastic glasses, ice bucket, champagne bucket



Outside
Large 24 foot swimming pool with interior steps at the shallow end. Outside cold water shower

Gazebo with light,  fan  and power outlets . Drop leaf dining table with 6 chairs and cushions. Outside table with 6 chairs by the gas BBQ. Six sun loungers by the pool. 5 Bicycles all different sizes are in the garage with a cool box and highchair.



Booking

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance is required one month before departure. A security deposit of £500 (USD$1000) is also required that also can be paid by credit card.

Arrival Information
On arrival you will be met by Cynthia at the airport (if you book a car), who will show you to the villa. Jackie will meet you at the villa and show you around. She will be your contact on the Island and will ensure you enjoy your stay. You will have two sets of keys and the combination for the fire safe, and a remote for the garage door.

We leave you a welcome pack to get you through the first morning and a bottle of local Rum to get your through the first evening ! 

Please be aware that it is illegal to wear camouflage clothing on the Island.



Broadband
The Villa has a Sony Vaio laptop for your personal use along with a Laser printer. We ordered a telephone line and Broadband service from Cable and Wireless in May and we are still waiting for them to fit the line ! Once operational you can use this laptop or any wirless device anywhere around the villa. There are also two cordless telephones and a digital answering, waiting for the phone line as well.


Entertainment & Lounge

Lounge has three settees, Large LCD TV,  multi-choice (cable) TV, DVD players, LCD TV with built in DVD, CD player and radio, assortment of CDs  (hope you like dance music!) and DVDs for all ages. Play station with an assortment of games. Huge basket of toys and puzzles. The lounge has ceiling fans throughout.



Departure Information

You are requested to leave the villa by 11am on your departure day, if the villa has another guest arriving. You are welcome to stay until your check in time if possible. The villa will be available from 3pm on your arrival date if we have a guest leaving otherwise whatever is convenient.



Flights

BMI have a twice weekly service from Manchester, with an additional flight on Wednesdays in the Winter. Best value http://www.flybmi.com

Car Hire

We have a special arrangement with CJH car hire for our guests. You have the option to rent a small (Toyota Yaris size)  four door air conditioned car for BDS$500 (About £125/USD$250) per week. They will meet you at the Airport and take you to the villa.
